For more than fifteen years, I have assisted leaders, management committees, managers and high potentials all over the world, both in-person and remotely, to boost their potential and reinforce their relational competencies and their effectiveness in order to achieve outstanding  professional results.

 

This covers many different challenges like increasing their relational leadership, being a member of a management team for the first time or reinforcing team cohesion. In any case, it is a time where the person or team needs extra support in order to succeed.

After years of working as a manager in intercultural and international environments, I decided to become a professional coach. I believe that the most important thing in life is to be connected to oneself, others and one's environment. What profoundly motivates me is to develop more beauty and harmony between people and their environment.

​

Thus I decided to assist others in identifying and amplifying their potential, allowing for new possibilities to emerge boosting creative energies.

​

In addition, in order to carry out those missions more effectively, I have surrounded myself with a team of like-minded professional coaches which adds to my competencies different skill sets to meet the challenges of our clients.
